For a language stay of 6 or 12 months in Switzerland, you will need a type D visa and you must apply for this at the relevant Cantonal Migration office. You will only receive this visa after it has been approved by the relevant office. Please contact the Migration office for further details.
We recommend that you apply at least 3 months in advance so that you can start your course in good time.
The Visa German courses take place daily and the program consists of 20 lessons per week. If required, an official, international certificate can be obtained.
Do you need legal advice or help with applying for Visa D? Please contact directly our relocation partner: Sgier+Partner.
